In this hectic world it’s hard to keep up with all the things you need to know about your job let alone learning fun things about say, wine and cheese.  We want to help remedy that by offering a series of classes that are both educational and fun at the same time.  If you are just getting started learning about wine and cheese or have begun your exploration and want more details, we’ll have a class that suits your needs. 

Classes consist of 1 ½ hours of instruction as you taste through wines and featured accompaniments. 

Each class is limited to 20 people.  Classes begin promptly at 7:00 PM
Reservations are required  with your payment in advance. 

Monday, January 19th - Cheese Basics with instructor Cara Finn
The selection of cheese available for purchase has become staggering! How's the average person to know what they're getting under that fuzzy, or slimy rind?
Join us for CHEESE BASICS where we will explore the cheese making process, the major types of cheese, cheese care and upkeep, and taste a lot of cheese (washing it down with some tasty wine).
$35 per person

Monday, February 2nd - Wine 101 with instructor Valerie Evans
Can’t figure out which wine to pair with your pepper steak? Want to know what all the fuss is about Pinot Noir? Is it Syrah or Shiraz? In this class we will feature a selection of wine varietals, reviewing their history, winemaking techniques, common characteristics and some general food pairings. If you are a wine lover or a wine beginner, this class will be a great chance to learn as well as brush up on your knowledge.
$35 per person
